Warranty & Claim

Warranty Period

All eyewear products are covered under a 6-month conditional warranty from the date of delivery.


What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing-related issues such as:

  • Corrosion or rusting

  • Lens coating peeling or bursting

  • Frame color peeling

  • Color fading


What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Product breakage or scratches

  • Accidental damage

  • Mishandling or negligence

  • Shock or pressure damage

  • Tampering or missing components

  • Improper use or storage

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear


Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • The warranty is valid only for purchases made through www.boomman.in

  • The warranty automatically expires after 6 months from delivery

  • The company’s decision regarding defects and warranty eligibility will be final

  • No refunds or compensation for incidental or consequential damages will be provided

  • Shipping charges for warranty replacements must be borne by the customer


Warranty Claim Process

To process a warranty claim, the following steps must be completed:

  1. Email product images along with your Order ID and registered email address to care@boomman.in

  2. Securely pack the product to avoid damage during transit

  3. Return all accessories received with the product

Failure to return accessories may result in delays in claim processing.
